Hand rolled 3/4" mild steel on manually operated roll bender for the main circle of 21" radius and cantilever with curves of 8" radius
Hand bent 3/4" mild steel on manually operated draw bender for the seat with smaller curves of 2.5" radius
Mig welded and angle grinded
Upholstery made from 1/2" plywood, velvet from Mood Fabrics in colour "rouge", and staples
Back cushion support stapled into 1 1/2" ebonized oak
